Create a Socialbase Influencer account
To create a Socialbase for Influencer account, follow these steps:
1) Select I'm an influencer.
2) Fill in all your basic information and make sure you have read and agree to the Terms and Data Use Policy.
3) Select social attributes that best describe you.
4) Connect Instagram. Note: Your Instagram needs to be a business page. You can change this on the Instagram app. Settings>Account>Switch Account type.
5) Your Instagram business account needs to be linked to your Facebook account
I forgot my password!
Forgot password only applies when you create Socialbase accounts via email. Tapping on the "Forgot password?" button will trigger a pop up that prompts you to fill in your email address. A password reset link will be sent to your inbox.
How to change my social media account?
1) Once on the home screen click the profile button on the bottom right hand corner.
2) Select settings.
3) Select social accounts.
4) Select your social accounts.
How to change my attributes?
To change your attributes follow these steps:
1) Once on the home screen click the profile button on the bottom right hand corner.
2) Click edit profile, and select the attributes of your choice.

Why am I charged with a subscription after my trial period ends?
Subscription is automatically renewed after your trial period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal at the price listed within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, please turn off the auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
Help! I'm still not getting paid!
If an agreement can’t be reached between you and the brand, contact us by tapping on the report button located at the top right corner of the campaign chat screen between you and the brand. Provide us all the details on what has happened and we will help with resolution as much as possible.
Is the Socialbase app available on the Android operating system?

How do I get invited to a campaign?
Brands are able to discover influencers on SocialBase with your location. If your profile matches their campaign persona, they will reach out to you by sending you a notification (collab request). then you can chat directly to the brand.
How do I communicate with brands?
Once the brand has confirmed the hire, it will appear on "Messages". From there, you will be able to communicate with brands according to collabs that you have been hired.
I have published my post(s). What's next?
Once you have published all campaign associated posts required by the brand, then the job is complete! Be sure to tag the brand and send them a message on the socialbase chat. Don't forget to tag @socialbasehq for us to feature you on our socials. #socialbasediscovery
When do I get paid?
You get paid once the brand has confirmed releasing the payment. Payment process has to be agreed between you and the brand on when it should be made. In the event if payment has not been released, you need to try and resolve your differences with the brand directly. Communication is important and it helps avoid miscommunication between parties. Be concise, honest and open in your conversation!

My validation code did not come through
A validation code will be sent to you via SMS to the nominated mobile number you have entered. Make sure your mobile device does not have an SMS blocker turned on and that you are in an area with good reception. If you still do not receive a code, you can tap on 'Resend validation code' and we will send you another code.

How do I create a new collaboration?
To create a new collaboration, follow these steps:
1) From the home screen Tap on the button on the top left of the screen.
2) Add customer offer.
3) Fill in all the necessary information required in the brief. Be clear and concise!
4) Once the collaboration is created you need to make your collaboration visible to influencers.
5) Click the button in the top right corner and select "radius" and select the criteria level of the influencer you're looking for. (Their following)
Can I edit an existing collaboration?
We know mistakes can happen in a brief so brands are able to edit campaign details at anytime. However, we strongly encourage you to communicate with all influencers on the change so there will be no confusion and miscommunication between parties.
How do I invite influencers to the campaign?
You can either invite an influencer from the individual campaign details screen or from each individual influencer's profile from the "Explore" tab. An influencer can be concurrently invited to one or more campaigns.
Do i get charged when inviting an influencer?
No, you will NOT be charged when sending an invite or upon the acceptance of the invitation by the influencer. You only pay the influencer the agreed form of payment. It could be a collaboration in exchange with a product for example. Or a cash/paypal payment for the collaboration. It is entirely up to you "the Brand". It can possibly be negotiated between the brand and the influencer. (Stripe will be implemented on the app very soon)
Can I cancel an invite or a confirmed hire?
Yes this needs to be discussed between you "the Brand and the influencer"
How do I communicate with the influencer?
Once you have successfully hired the influencer, a chatbox will be created automatically and will appear on "Messages". Each influencer chat box will be associated to a campaign that they are hired to. From there, you will be able to communicate with the influencer directly.
How do I know if an influencer has completed their job?
The influencer will send you a notification when the job has been posted. They also would have tagged your business account on their post. You will be able to validate if the post has been published, then release the payment when you're ready.
How do I rate an influencer?
Once job has been completed, you will receive a pop up to rate the influencer and also leave a review. These endorsements will provide insights to other brands on whom to invite and hire in the future and validate their quality of work.
How do I explore influencers?
Tapping on the search button at the top of the screen will direct you to the influencer explorer screen. From there you will be able to discover influencers that matches their brand/campaign persona best.
How much do I have to pay an influencer?
Rates of influencers can vary depending on the number of followers and how much you decide to pay them. Or simply a collaboration.
Will there be more influencers on Socialbase in the future?
Yes, we are working hard towards reaching out to more social influencers everyday. We aim to provide you the best experience on Socialbase in discovering and engaging with a diverse pool of social influencers that matches perfectly with your brand and campaigns!
What if the influencer is not doing their job right?
We encourage you to try and resolve your differences with the influencer directly before reaching out to us. Communication is crucial and it helps avoid disputes between parties.
